Beef Broth
Ingredients
5lbs Beef Bones
5lbs Scrap Meat or stew meat
2lb yellow onions, large – cut in half
2 stalks celery
2 carrots
1tbl salt
4qt water
Cooking Directions
Combine all ingredients in stockpot and simmer on medium low heat for two hours.
Strain and chill. When chilled, skim off fat. (Reserve for other use)
