Chicken Broth


 5 lbs Chicken Bones

 1 Yellow Onion, large – cut in half

2 stalks Celery

2 Carrot


1 Tbsp Salt

1 Tbsp Pepper

2 Bay Leaves

4 Garlic clove

2 sprigs Rosemary or Thyme


Cooking Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in stockpot and simmer on medium low heat for two hours.
  2. Strain and chill. After fat solidifies, skim or take off. Reserve broth for use
