Chicken Broth
Ingredients
5 lbs Chicken Bones
1 Yellow Onion, large – cut in half
2 stalks Celery
2 Carrot
1 Tbsp Salt
1 Tbsp Pepper
2 Bay Leaves
4 Garlic clove
2 sprigs Rosemary or Thyme
Cooking Directions
- Combine all ingredients in stockpot and simmer on medium low heat for two hours.
- Strain and chill. After fat solidifies, skim or take off. Reserve broth for use
